The Canary Social Club, Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1RT (5 minute walk from main Norwich train station).  Training will be between 10:00 and 16:00 each day.  Participants can arrive at 09:45 for time to get ready.

In the email please confirm the number of days you wish to attend the full 3 days (£200); 2 days (£160); or 1 day (£80).  If you are not attending the whole course, please confirm which days you are attending.  Please also include in the email the payment reference provided during the bank transfer.

We will return a confirmation email indicating receipt of your booking request and payment completion.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – ACCOMMODATION; PARKING; LUNCH:

The main Norwich train station has direct train connections to and from Stansted Airport (London).  Norwich itself also has a small airport with direct flights from Schiphol (Amsterdam).

The workshop venue (Canary Social Club)isconveniently located very close (5 minute walk) to the main Norwich train station.  The location is well serviced with a good number of reasonably priced guest-houses and hotels. 

The website https://www.booking.com is a useful resource to check for nearby accommodation. Search for ‘Norwich Train Station’ and the site will display many available rooms that are all within walking distance of the station on a map.  As of early August, prices are starting from approximately £40 per night.

The Canary Social Club includes free parking spaces for the hours we have hired the venue (between 10am/4pm but not overnight), enough to accommodate all expected course participants.

To maximise the use of our time at the venue for the workshop please bring a packed lunch and something to drink during breaks and for lunch.  There is table space to sit and eat.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tea making facilities so if you would like tea or coffee, please bring a thermos flask with you.  As is traditional at White Crane workshops we will of course provide a selection of biscuits!

FOOD SATURDAY EVENING

Everyone is invited to an evening meal at a Norwich restaurant on Saturday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations up to two weeks before the workshop starts we will retain a part-payment of £50.

For later cancellations, two weeks or less from the start of the workshop, the full cost may be retained.

If Wee Kee Jin is unable to travel to the UK, the workshop will be led by Mr. Pete Dobson with support by Dr. David Gillon and Mr. James Wharfe.

Should the workshop be cancelled, the course fee payment will be refunded in full.
